  • Every project has many variables that determine the length of time a project may take. Typically, a full furnishings project takes 6-9 months and new construction can take 18-24 months.

    • Full set of ID plans including a lighting plan, flooring plan, millwork plan, interior elevations, and more.

    • Plumbing and appliance specifications.

    • Decorative lighting specification sheets and locations.

    • Detailed finish schedules that include tile, stone, paints and stains.

    • Weekly or bi-weekly site visits with you and the trades involved on the project to answer any questions that arise and make sure we stay on-track.

  • Yes, we are happy to provide 3D renderings or 2D colored elevations.

  • Fees are charged at a tiered hourly rate. We also charge an industry standard mark-up on our cost of goods.

  • Yes! Please let us know if you are interested in sustainability while building your dream home. We love to make thoughtful decisions regarding what is best for both us and our planet.

  • Yes, we require our clients to utilize a warehousing company when ordering furniture and lighting. We rely on these services to inspect each item and store them with care until your home is ready for installation.

  • Yes! We love to recommend our preferred builders, architects, and trades to our clients. Building a team that is collaborative and works well together is key to a successful project.
